Sidden Construction Company was originally founded nearly 100 years ago as a construction company in the western Piedmont area of North Carolina. Thru the years we have completed over 1,500 construction projects including custom homes, speculative for sale homes, town homes, apartment complexes, and neighborhood developments.  Our renovation projects have ranged the gambit from cutting edge renovation designs to national award winning National Historical Registry projects as well as museum renovations. 

 

Operating with a team of fine craftsmen, aided by the latest technology, we have the ability to accomplish all construction needs with quality and time efficiency.   Since 2020 we have focused on the SFR space, completing hundreds of new acquisition renovations as well as hundreds of property turns. 

 

Sidden Construction Company also has the ability to service maintenance needs ranging from simple service calls to complex mechanical needs.
