Who We Are
Our construction roots began nearly 100 years ago with C.C. Sidden and his brothers building barns for people in the western piedmont area of North Carolina. Our construction heritage has been passed down the generations with continuous family led operational leadership now into the fourth generation. Much has changed since the early barn building days, but our principles have stayed the same, be fair in all we do, work harder than everyone else, always give your best efforts, and treat every project with care and respect as if it is yours.
Today the Sidden Companies is a portfolio of companies primarily serving the SFR investment industry, including brokerage, construction, construction management, property management consulting, and materials facilitation.
